The Manchester Sportsman Club building is available for rent for your: wedding reception, anniversary, birthday, graduation or other event. 

You do not need to be a club member to rent the facility.

Building ammenities include:
  • 3000+ square feet
  • 30 rectangular tables - 96"x30"
  • 160+ folding chairs
  • 4 restrooms
  • Public address system
  • Large kitchen with:
    • ​Commercial stove/oven
    • 2 door industrial refrigerator
    • 3 basin commercial sink
  • Rental cost is $325 per day. A rental/security deposit of $150 is due upon reserving your event date, and signing the rental agreement. Rental fee is due upon receiving the keys, prior to your event.
  • Renters shall provide sufficient liability insurance for the date(s) of their event(s). Contact us for details.
  • Deposit is returned upon acceptable cleaning of building, including (but not limited to) removing all food, personal material, and trash. The building shall be left as clean as you found it.
